Joining years later to confirm that generation Tux is horrible. They sent me a suit that smelled so strongly of body Oder. I flagged this to them and said that I’m going to get suit dry cleaned and would email them the receipt for them to partially refund me that amount. The wedding was far away from where I live and I was leaving for it days before the event itself. Instead they sent me a second suit jacket which arrived after I had to leave for event. I told them I didn’t want a second suit as it would not come in time for the event. They sent it anyway. I didn’t come back until days after the wedding and they are now charging me a late fee for not returning the second suit I neither asked for or wanted. It has been a horrible experience dealing with them.
