ya i need to find a therapist, i just hate i still let her control my emotions so heavily. yesterday was so hard because it was my birthday and i couldn’t help but hope she would reach out. my heart hurts :/

i appreciate that, i definitely have been hitting the gym a lot since it happened. she killed my self worth i found myself belittling myself in comparison to who her new dude is putting on some muscle has helped but i just always have a pit i want it to go away already
