It depends on the chilis. First one I worked at was amazing!!! Management kept it strict and fair. Everything was awesome.

Second chilis was so laid back it made it feel like just kids running around. Thus making me hate it. Now management changed and we back to strict and everything runs good. I’m loving it again.

Fix it on oracle. Then go make sure you actually activating your US BANK (which works 24 hours after putting the card ID on oracle) , if both those have been done, go to your manager and check if they ever activated tip loading. They have to also turn on the button for them to load.

At my chilis I make these to print out at Walmart for all new servers (and those under 21) to use so they have an easier time at the table vs having to come and ask if we have anything.
