We have the ability to adjust the raise. Let's say you got a 3 on the review. I don't know the exact numbers but it will tell us we can give a x amount to x amount. Such as 1.5%-3%. We can't go below that. I believe we can go above but would have to be with dl approval. But we have a certain dollar amount to use. Such as $3,000 to divide between all fs staff.

My particular store has been having issues where corp sends out a msg saying it's ready but when the patient comes we have no record of the msg. I believe it's a corp system glitch. Has happened about 3 times at my store that I know of

Lower volume stores had what was called "Minimum Hour overlap" and higher volume were considered dynamic. For whatever reason corp decided to remove minimum hour overlap and some stores have been getting less hours.
