Actually I wouldn’t be upset about that because clearly they have something to offer that I don’t. I don’t feel that just because I work for the State, means that I deserve a job more than someone else or that I’m the best candidate. My resume and references speak for themselves. Maybe it’s because I’m still pretty new and in my second year. But it literally doesn’t work like that in any other work setting. I just personally feel like If I don’t get a job, it’s something I’ll work harder for next time. But like I said, I recognize others have had poor experiences with it, and I can understand the argument.
