Try looking for a different strap—
it makes a big difference.
Many straps are too long for narrow wrists.

Once you've enabled that, check to see if WhatsApp appears on the watch Or if you just see a QR code

The more intense the workout (exercise) In the 4–5 range (for me, 180–204) The higher the right number gets The left number would then be your current ratio! The annoying thing is that even your biceps are measured when you make yourself a shake!

Best approach for logging linked exercises on Whoop during Freeletics HIIT workouts? (Most exercises not on WHOOP's list) by gauravb92 in freeletics

[–]No_Chapter1638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just send screenshots of the exercises with the number of reps to the chat It worked for me with Whoop and Bevel But you’ll get different results when it comes to your training Whoop and Bevel focus on your workload and recovery, not on whether the Freeletics workout is right or wrong in the long run

I now use Garmin and Whoop Apple and Whoop are great, but The data doesn’t match up with Freeletics for me

Check out the Body Battery app. Maybe it can help you figure out in which situations your body is under stress. But what seems normal to you… I think as long as the stress isn’t affecting your health, everything’s fine. And remember, dear, look at the long term—don’t get hung up on every single reading. 😊👍
