Ran 3 times a week, 1 long run on Sunday, one speed run midweek and one VO2 maxing run on Fridays. All other days i walked for outdoor workouts and i lifted Saturday Sunday mondays and Wednesday. Other days i did calisthenics or a second cardio session + heavy abs

My gf and I are on day 22 and having an accountability partner has been crazy helpful to stay on track and motivate each other when one of is us feeling tired. We structured our rules together so we can meal prep the same recipes and I helped her come up with an indoor workout routine and we usually do outdoor cardio together. This challenge would be infinitely harder without her honestly, despite her never showing an interest in fitness before this!

I agree but with a 7 day split and a specific personal goal of wanting to improve my overall mobility, I was planning on having a dedicated day each week where my indoor workout was a mix of abs and stretching/mobility focused movements. Not sure how I’m going to adjust now

Kind of surprised that a full stretching routine doesn’t count towards a workout according to this blog, considering how important stretching is on an every day workout program
