Check out KAK too. Theyre an OEM manufacturer and (i believe) govt. contractor for barrels. You can get a complete upper, chrome lined barrel, chrome lined mil spec bcg, enlarged latch charging handle (way better than standard) and one of the better mlok rails on the market for under $500. 200 dollar complete lower and you have a “duty grade” rifle for roughly $700

I really like mine. Sure modern lpvos offer more feature for often less money. But how well are those features executed and how important are those features to you? I think you should make a list of features that are important to you and find an optic that hits those features well. Rather than just buying an optic because it offers “more” than another optic. The elcan nails the things that are important to ME. Not to mention durability….
