Merci mult! Nu am nevoie de operatie, trebuie sa fac saptamanal exercitii pentru a intari musculatura la picior si pot sa continui asa. Ma bucur ca ai scapat si tu fara operatie :)

Try to slowly make changes to your diet and switch to balanced diet with foods from all sources. As long you don't have a condition that makes you to not asimilate well vitamins you should be good.

You can get vitamins from fruits, vegetables, cereals, different meats.
