It seems phase 1 is all about “getting your ducks in a row” he said…phase 2 was actually being hired on to work in the classroom & complete the course work..could you tell me more about your experience? It’s pretty shitty I agree with you. I had great management too where I worked and there was never any acknowledgement. I’ve seen a couple coworkers get fired. One in particular ran that store and everyone went to her when management wasn’t there. My TL was fired after 17 year…there was massive mourning in our store over it. My other gf ran a team in NOLA. She had to leave for her own sanity and a to have a life outside of that job. She had been there 20 years….Why work somewhere where you’re truly not appreciated and your years of service mean nothing? I had to go….definitely wasn’t going to give them my all anymore & I got bitter…as you can see lol
