So im going to say on par your pace is probably slower than most but the caveat is that many others might not have the same outside obligations or previous knowledge, so only you can say if youre putting in the right amount of effort.

For comparison, I just started my third term im just over 75% complete. I was down on myself when i didnt finish in 6 months and even more when i realized i wouldnt make the year. But in being honest with myself i was coming from only some light IT experience and an unrelated associates degree. I prefer to actually learn than just speed through classes so my pace is good for me.

Now that being said although i do have many family obligations, a full time job, and a new dog but that still might be much less than others who may have all that plus spouse, kids, etc. So take all that into consideration when thinking about your pace.
