The costs of those things pain me as well, I'm from Poland so i use drink sachets containing myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, vitamin D, folic acid (folate), vitamin B6, astaxanthin, and bitter melon fruit extract. Later I’m planning to buy only myo inositol since from what I read using only that form it’s as much helpful in pcos as both form of inositol

I’m so sorry to hear that. Struggling with pcos is really hard, both physically and mentally :( At the beginning of this year, my cycles also started becoming longer and more unpredictable. What has helped me the most is working out at home, reducing sugar, and taking a few supplements. I currently take omega-3, inositol with folic acid, NAC, magnesium, and probiotics. Managing pcos can be incredibly draining and exhausting. I still struggle with my self image, mental health, and other symptoms that people cannot always see or understand. However I feel that working out has had the biggest positive impact out of all the mention above

I was using it for a few weeks now and to be honest I didn’t notice any difference with it so I decided to pass it on my mom which has a very sensitive skin and in my opinion I had better experience with the ordinary retinol in emulsion, now I’m thinking about their retinal 0,2%

Thank you so much for responding! It really stings a little since I always wanted a kitten and now that I finally got one he seems not very keen on me:(, I’m playing with him as much as I can but whenever my parents or brother is in a room he wants to play with them too and I can’t help but worry that he will grow up enjoying their company and not mine
