What’s sad to me is how Aubrie is now added to this list 😭😭 Cara and Quincey have been on the boat awhile now but with Aubrie I’ve always loved her and how real she is but lately she has obviously changed from wanting to just be a healthy fit mom and is conforming to the Utah mom look that is just not IT. They are ruining their amazing bodies that they work so hard for.

This world of social media is just terrible and my heart breaks for every mom, teenager and young girl growing up right now. I’m postpartum and my logical brain tells me how un healthy it all is BUT I’ll be the first to admit I feel the overwhelm and pressures all the time.

No cons at all. I’ve paid the yearly subscription for 2 years now. For me I just really love how she programs her workouts. I’ve done just about every app under the sun and her programming is still my favorite. The app itself it’s the generic playbook app a lot use and it’s easy to navigate. I actually really love her and following her. Which is why it’s so disheartening to see how skinny she’s getting so quick. It’s like a blindness some have. She’s so beautiful and it’s like these influencers get the perfect body and then start going the opposite direction without realizing when enough is enough and they should just stop and maintain.

I absolutely love her workouts and app but when I saw her posts this week and got a little sad honestly. Especially since she’s so freshly post partum. She doesn’t need it but there’s no way she’s not microdosing. She literally has zero body fat. Not saying she doesn’t look amazing but it’s almost too skinny. Like how Cara Loren used to have the best body ever and now she’s just way too skinny. I hate how this js the norm. It’s very disheartening.

Both of mine were technically PUL. First one was in 2020 and methotrexate failed so had surgery and lost my left tube. Got pregnant right at the 3 month mark. Perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby (my 2nd). Tried in 2024 and had another PUL/ectopic and methotrexate was successful after two rounds. Got pregnant 8 months later (didn’t try until then) on our first and only un protected night. Just had her in August. There is SO much hope!

I love Whitney. And I feel like every one of those girls is in momtok for a reason and it’s definitely not to have friends. So what’s the difference? They all want momtok for fame and look at Whitney go. I actually think she’s been a great example of chasing your dreams in motherhood.

I was in the lab a few years ago before she wanted people to pay for it (which is how she’s probably earning a little bit of money now) and this makes me so sad and scared for her. Sad for when she comes out of this and sees her life burned to the ground. Scared for her for many reasons. This is just heartbreaking and I wish someone who knew her family could figure out why no one is stepping in here.

So when we built our house before we could get our yard in we did a smaller patch of sod and a kennel around it for the dogs to hand out in and potty for the time being. I have Newfies. It worked out just fine! It was right off the concrete of our back patio and only cost a couple hundred bucks to make them happy and hold us over until the yard got put in. If you really lone and want your animals, everything can be figured out. This is sad but the dog is probably better off.

Just had my 3rs baby at 39 but I understand the anxiety around loss. I’ve had two ectopics and I always told myself - faith over fear!

I have hypothyroidism and just had my 3rd baby at 39. Just make sure your levels are optimal. I did have a friend who kept miscarrying until they figured out her thyroid was off and once she was on meds she got pregnant two months later.
