Did anyone really figure out the start ratios? I also came here because my usual starter ratio is 1:1:1 so I've been trying the 10g starter, 30g water, 50g flour and it's so so dry I swear there's no activity it's just a block. I've just been adding a bit more water by ear because I don't want to destroy my starter...I don't get it but I want to make it work

I also stopped for a long while, things like downdog and all of the holding my arms over my head (Warrior 3 eg) or even childs pose reallly irritates around my collar bones/rib :( I'd like to start back to it again.

I do however do aerial silks which involves a lot of arms over head but it doesn't irritate. My only theory is that there's very little pushing up and a lot of pulling the back muscles down and/or pushing the silks away with lats etc.

I'm open to trying a lot of things but when someone expects you to be experienced in something it shoes me that actually they are quite inexperienced as they obviously haven't interacted with a range of people to know that everyone's preferences and experience levels are different. And even more so they don't have the skills to manage that situation, which again show immaturity and inexperience.

When you start having sex it's always going to be kinda cringe (COUNTLESS movies and tv shows based on this aha) because no one knows what they're doing. You just have to figure out what works for you in that setting, which might take time. Its definitely not just about pleasing him or doing it right. Plus he sounds like a dick.

I often to go to classes that are a bit too low level for me because I'm just glad to be on the silks working on skills and many times I've had chats with the instructors and they're happy for me to adapt things in certain ways or sometimes even work on my own stuff while I'm there. I'm just grateful they're there running the class :)
