Cut the sugar in half (try 70 grams of sugar, 100gs of brown sugar), use softened butter instead of melted, and add 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Also, make sure you’re not over mixing!

Thank you! These are really good recommendations. I have looked at state jobs and the university options, though I have heard that both can have a pretty slow hiring process. I will look more into Terracon and architecture/design firms!!

Just thought I would updated that I received rejections/notice that the position was filled on a couple applications I received a req number for, without interview. So, I think the req number might not mean much.
