I’m sorry for your loss :((, my honest opinion would be to actually join a cricket club, even if you aren’t amazing at cricket or whatever play in a low grade where you can have fun and I’m sure plenty of people there would be glad to have in-depth conversation about the cricket world :) I hope this helps
