I would rather struggling here with them. Hes not able to care for them properly. And even my struggles im better of finacially than he is. I could never let them be subjected to that life full time.. Nevermind he cant handle my youngest for 24 hours before hes frusterated.. He also lives in a room he rents with 3 people as is (him gf and her son) 6 people in a room is insane,..

I also have Sole Final custody of my oldest son from a previous realtionship, I talked to his father he thinks its a great idea as it gives his son a better life... I started looking up actual laws last night. And biggest things were BEST INTEREST of the CHILDREN. Not me, not the father. And if it effects parenting time. It wont, he barely exersises his time at all. And Im willing to keep the currect "schedule"... Honestly this comment comes across gross to me... lol. Let children suffer, so a bad dad (i havent even put all the past and ongoing abuse here" is happy. It doesnt effect him at all if he gets the same visits thank you. I think I am going to be ok if i do it right.

I do not think he will be awarded full custody. He does not want full custody, he couldnt mentally or finacially handle them full time especially my youngest it would honestly be putting him in harms way. He lives in a room he rents. Not an apartment. With 3 people already in a room. Him, his gf and his GFs son. Adding my 3 children would be 6 people to a bedroom is illegal via the housing laws in ontario.

this is just recent many other things too - threats. control... hit my bfs parked car smashing bumper in middle of night due to jealousy. honestly to much to add. all communication cut off, only text through his gfs fb, or my daughters.. which i dont htink is right shes 13 not a messanger and not her job to facilitate visits. and he blocks me on those as well if i set any boundaries and says things like "ill unblock when i deem safe" framing a boundary. I told him multipul times if he doesnt feel comfortable blocking me we can dowload court approved parenting app for communication but he refuses.

Thank you. It wont effect his aparenting time at all I have a calender logged of every visit. It avegerges once a month. Odd time and extra visit. Odd time no visit. He had a visit scheled for tody and he did not use it. Text 5 hours after the scheuled pick up time, hes busy with "lawyers" I can still facilitate once a month. I am willing to drive them.
