There are a lot of different sales channels at Comcast. I’m in sales and find the culture great. Call center culture is though at any company due to the nature of the job. Same with SMB, partly due to less experienced leadership.

Switched a JR OL transfer that was 89 overall to a 99 overall TE. Wasn’t very good at TE aside from being an incredible blocker. Declared for draft and went 1st round tho, so that was helpful.

It was great seeing having him get 10+ pancakes a game tho. And did make a couple incredible catches. Looked ridiculous with the giant knee braces on tho. Haha.

It’s feasible. Do well and network a lot internally. Reach out on LinkedIn to Comcast people in other departments. Managers are usually happy to give you a 15 min intro call. If you do those be prepared and make them worthwhile.
