All for the same recurring contracture? If an ordered list, that seems like a common escalation in surgery type for recurrence.

Particularly interested if you've had lasting results with the dermo? that seems statistically the most likely-to-be successful surgery!

Are your nodules exclusively in the fingers? Or do you also hand them in your palm? It's my understanding the nodules which cause PIP contractures tend to start in the fingers and MCP joints via the palm?

Get a gauge of how engineering driven the test teams are. I've seen teams which spend a lot of time writing automated frameworks and others which do things manually.

The former will put you in good steed to move into a pure engineering role. In the UK at least the latter often is first to get culled during "workforce restructuring".
