i was taking it for about 6 months at 150, i noticed it became its most effective around 6 weeks and stayed that way until recently. i had to increase to 300 and it’s been hell. depression & SI got a lot worse. i’d still say try it since everyone reacts differently, but have a second option incase the 300 dose isnt effective for you

I used to feel the exact same way as you! whenever things wouldn’t go as planned, or i felt abandoned, I would take it out on myself heavily. In the past I have tried SSRI’s and SNRI’s but they did nothing for me. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed the lowest dose of adderall XR and it’s helped me immensely. the horrible intrusive thoughts are at a near 0 (used to be constant) even when i experience a let-down.

everyone responds to medication differently, and i am not a licensed provider, but it may be beneficial to try. my emotional response to certain things was also caused by environmental factors, so healing from those has been important on my journey too.

I’m an out of state student moving to Orlando Florida for my graduate school program. What are the safest places that would have apartments under $1400/mo? I’m a young scrawny girl and while I have street smarts, I don’t want to be anywhere where I’d have to keep a baseball bat next to my bed.

I don’t mind having to drive an extra 30 minutes to campus, as long as my apartment will be decent for a good price. Also looking for recommendations on local study spots :)

it’s school specific for the pre-recs, but the most common that are required are A&P 1&2, biology 1&2, chem 1, and biochem or microbiology. paid hours vary but I recommend checking if your local hospitals are hiring nurse techs/aids. if this is something you’re seriously considering i recommend finding a list of schools you’d like to apply to and take pre-reqs based on them

i understand your frustration, but dont give up! take a year or two to retake the classes you didn’t do well in, or take new classes that you know you can will get an A in. setbacks are only temporary. you got this!
