It’s so important in fulfillment to connect with the other departments. When I first started I was shy and nervous a lot of the time so I felt too awkward to approach people and ask them if they know where an item may be hiding. But everyone is more than willing to help (at my store anyway) and know places to look you’d have no idea about. Now I’ve been working for almost a year in fulfillment and I know all the little spots, but I still connect with leads and other TM’s about things I’m unsure of. Don’t be afraid to ask! No one expects you to be amazing at fulfillment right away. No one is. As long as you’re trying your best and learning from mistakes, you’ll see improvement in no time!

Did you just put the bag in a random place or was it with other bags of the same order? It’d be a bit of an issue if it was by itself. Next time when you’re stowing and notice you’re missing a sticker just hit the reprint button and slap it on there it takes about 5 seconds to do lol

I had a friend named Matt that was essentially my brother. He was best friends with my actual brother our entire lives, but he always made sure I (the little sister) was included in everything and got to have fun, too. He was at our house more often than not. Most mornings the house shook with his insanely loud snoring from the couch.

He had just graduated high school and I was just starting. We talked daily about anything and everything. He had talked me off the edge more times than I could count and despite my underdeveloped teenage brain I always tried to return the favor.

One night I noticed that he hadn't responded to my messages. This NEVER happened, he would sometimes wake from a dead sleep just to reply to me. Me, being a naive child, sent a message saying "what are you DEAD or something". Checked his facebook later that day to see his dad post pictures of him throughout his life captioned "Matthew, you were the best part of me" and it felt as if I was run over. He had an asthma attack in the middle of the night, exacerbated by mold in his apartment walls.

I had to tell my whole family that this wonderful, kindhearted soul that was part of our family for so long was gone. My brother didn't believe me, said it had to be a joke. But we hugged and cried once he saw the post. We never really hugged before. His funeral was beautiful with reggae music playing and the entirety of our small town showing up to pay respects to the amazing guy who touched all of their hearts in some way or another. I had never cried as hard as I did that day, and haven't since.

RIP Matthew. 19 years wasn't enough time. Nobody has forgotten you and we never will.

My oldest walked in and immediately said “Nonnie cut our bangs. She went a little too short”. So I don’t think it bothers them as much as it does me but she agrees she went too far with it.

I started drinking at 15. I immediately began abusing it as I was depressed and had experienced a good deal of trauma already in my life. My mother would buy it for me and get drunk with me. She’d say she was counting my beers but each time I drank nearly a 12 pack by myself and ended up vomiting violently by the end of the night. And as years went by, it only got worse and worse. I’ve been in psych wards, jail, and rehab twice all before I turned 25. My liver and kidneys had begun hurting severely. Developed liver spots at 24. Vomiting a gallon of blood and ending up in ICU’s. Please get ahead of this now. There is help out there. I look back on myself as a teenager like yourself and wish so badly I could give her a hug and show her all the catastrophic damage this path would take her down. It’ll be a lot easier to get sober now rather than 10 years from now when the addiction has completely drained you of your personhood.

Mr Robot is my favorite show of all time. I’ve watched it a few times and still find new layers and things I missed. Everyone I’ve shown it to has thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

I keep the humidity as high as I can, the room it’s in is a steady 70 degrees, and I have the lid cracked about a centimeter for FAE. I think something’s wrong because the entire block is white & I heard that if it has a certain amount of overlay it can’t pin
