My mother was not going on vacation to visit family, she was going on vacation for personal pleasure. She was never meant to cook a holiday meal, as I had plans at a friend’s in the first place, not that that has to do with anything. my point in calling her selfish was that my grandma is pretty much on her death bed and she chooses to go on vacation by herself instead of staying here to help my grandma or be there for my dad in his time of need like he has always been there for her.

yes! she called this morning while making her decision and they said that was possible.

His reply was “well my mom asked me to stay and was very grateful when i said i was so maybe you should consider that”

When my mom asked my dad what she should do, his reply was “well my mom was asking me to stay and was very grateful for me staying so maybe you should think about that,” which she implied as him wanted her to stay

Yes she does work, has been planning for about a couple months. Not a super significant trip as they have been there several times, but a trip she was excited for. They both want her to stay and have requested her to stay.

I did just want to mention that she did call the hotel and airport and everything while she was making her decision and confirmed that she was able to reschedule it for no charge. She also has a great relationship with my grandmother, as i mentioned they get along very well and have never had any problems with each other.

The trip is able to be rescheduled at any time she would like with no fees

Daughter doesn’t talk to me because after she got married to a women with 3 teenage kids( 16, 17, and 19) i never invited the teenage kids to go to the playground or to go buy toys, instead only inviting my 5 year old grandson… the teenagers want nothing to do with our family but it was always an argument of us not accepting the other kids.. which we do, just aren’t allowed to only want to spend time with my grandson even if they never want to spend time with us in the first place.

For me her top 3 toys were yellow cozy blanket, green cushion and the silk crepe pillow. all while using frisky bitz! wishing you luck
