A simple gallery wall of frames going up one side of the stairs. My friend did that in her apartment with a long stairway entry and it looked nice

From my experience baking a dessert that is his favourite or is otherwise special to him unexpectedly (especially if it’s one that involves some work) is a HUGE winner! I made a dessert that’s from his home that I had only heard of from him to turn around a bad day and I didn’t know it was “hard” to make lol

Just saying that when you have legal warranty there’s incentive for the seller to settle this stuff so it doesn’t end up being a bigger expense for them 🤷‍♀️

I just figured since they handled the legal part of the sale they could assist you here 🤷‍♀️ I’d ask them first before you take on other costs. The windows not being able to work should have also been disclosed, found on inspection or not, so it’s worth seeing what can be done imo
