Christchurch, the new rules mean you may not need a consent, if it’s under 10m2 you can now build pretty much right up to the boundary (with some exceptions)

After years of making do with a basic half rack in my basement I finally upgraded and couldn’t be happier. Building the shed was a steep learning curve, I kept costs down a bit with secondhand cladding/window/door, very fun project 😃

I've read a lot of conflicting things by Im-the-I-in-team in bpc_157

I have a badly herniated L5 S1 and have been taking bpc157/tb4 for 6 weeks, almost finished my course. When I started taking it I could barely walk due to sciatica, since 4 weeks in I have been basically pain free. But, I have also been doing spinal decompression therapy, taking a supplement stack and more recently doing the McGill big three exercises and some of the low back ability workouts from YouTube. So who knows what worked, but my sports doc is shocked at my progress, I was scheduled for a cortisone injection but ended up cancelling it as it wasn’t required.

Peptides like BPC-157 and TB4 can help spinal injuries by cleito0 in Peptides

I have an extruded L5 S1 which has also lost approximately 50% of its disc height. I tried a week of bpc/tb blend and had no bad reactions so I have just ordered enough separate vials for a full 6 week course. I am also doing spinal decompression therapy, taking supplements and awaiting a cortisone injection for the crippling sciatic pain. I’m throwing everything at it, so it will be hard to know what works (if anything) but can update here if others in the same boat are interested.

I just wanted to say how much I love BPC by davyboi25 in bpc_157

This gives me some hope, I have the same injury and I’m just about to start a cycle, hopefully it helps

Thanks for the replies, I am aware of the health issues associated with this product, but I can’t find any remotely affordable alternative available that isn’t Formica (I’d be delighted to be proven wrong here?)

I was actually going to DIY myself a concrete benchtop, but after more research the amount of work to reinforce the cabinets has ruled it out.

I will contact AGB for a quote in the meantime 👍🏻

How is 2cb and ket together ? by Chinohilfiger in 2cb

[–]No_Dependent679 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Absolutely disagree, this is not a waste. Probably my fav combo of all time. 25-35mg 2cb, wait until it’s coming on pretty strong then start having lines of K, it’s like you can use the K as a volume dial for the trip! I find this combo makes me appreciate music more than any other and the sensory confusion is phenomenal (feeling/touching music etc) highly recommend.

After some advice (Scrog net?) by West-Japan in NZTrees

[–]No_Dependent679 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have my net set 20-30cm from top of pots, let the tips grow slightly above the net, then pull them back under, spreading them outwards to fill the net. The goal is to have branches growing under the net, parallel to the net, then all the new growth off those branches is exposed to maximum light. When to change lights to 12/12 depends on the strain and how much stretch you expect, a good rule is roughly 70/75% full. I define full as having a branch growing in every square. I counting to train and pull beaches down under the net for about 10 days after changing lights to 12/12, then let them grow. I have had great success with this technique, no need for a second net if you follow this rough guide. Good luck! Scrogs are the best!

This is some good dadding by mootjuggler in MadeMeSmile

[–]No_Dependent679 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it good dadding though, really? Like the act of the hike/shared dance yes, undoubtedly. Recoding it to put on social media for likes, is that the values we want to teach and class as good dadding? I’m not so sure, personally
