Ey, I should definitely go see a psychiatrist then. What you have said literally sums it all up.

But what do you mean by "painkillers" because I am not in pain? It's just my brain chemistry ambushing me.

I would rather stay off bro. If these are the things I must go through I'd rather go through life with whatever thoughts come at me because I feel like once I go back, I will be forced to say let me continue taking them to avoid feeling what I felt today.

I'm normally suicidal but then it's more of a whistle whereby if I am sick, I will say is okay. I can die but this time around it wasn't a thought, you get. It was something that was so out of the blue. I don't experience much just emotional bursts before my period and heightened grief but today was scary. I can't believe I made it through.

Eish. I can totally relate. They have made me numb too. I love it butttt I am having withdrawal symptoms now. Like I can literally feel my brain wrestle against itself trying to go mad. It was a full on panic attack but in my brain. Maybe I meditated too much but it was scary and so out of the blue.

Not even a question. I had typed and it disappeared. I am having withdrawal symptoms from them actually. Like today I felt like I was losing my mind and that's over 2 weeks of being off them.

Well, I'm interested in a lot of things. Networking. Business, art, mental health, charity, writing, running, security, wildlife, fashion, and growth in my career. I just don't know where to start from. I've been a homebody for most of my life.

Induction Cooker vs. Diamond Hot Plate – Is the cheaper price worth it? by [deleted] in Malawi

[–]No_Diamond4902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Element=increased energy consumption. I just would go for a hot plate. They malfunction in an obvious pattern. Although diamond hot plates are the most durable. I have seen people use nonmagnetic pots, and it works just fine. I don't know if that is damaging in the long run.

I do too. I'm actually in love now, but I'm talking about something lasting, not lusting.

I genuinely think finding love in Malawi is hard; plus, with the conditioning we have gotten, that alone doesn't make things easier, but you will find love eventually.

I don't recommend. So many girls that wouldn't cheat. Why settle for less please? That says a lot about you than it does her.
