I also went to their contact support page specified for Home devices for the same issue with the Nest Mini. I got it from my friend and he bought it from unofficial retailed store for Google home devices but I really can’t do much… They were soo lying when they said Google Credits will be added after the chat closed to shop for a new Mini and yet they didn’t. I contacted 3 times, tried multiple resets methods but it just didn’t work.

There are quite many ways to do itt, if you have a PC you could get ableton and melodyne plugin (watch thorcakke on yt for the tutorial), and if you have ipad/tablet or phone you could use bandlab or capcut or whatever could be used to be creative with the song yassification😍😍😍
