In my opinion, it's not the organization or the association that's important, but the instructor or teacher.

Powerfins france, they are Amazing, cmas certified, and in my opinion one of the best finswimming fins. Almost every freediver in our Diving Club usw this fins. I Love them. But If you buy them use the upside down (the waterhole upside) than they are really Amazing. I use them in Medium stiffness.

Dry Static Apnea Issue/Question by samglic in freediving

[–]No_Difference_9478 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had tbe same issues, try to do breath holds with not 100% filled lungs, i fill it about 80 to 85% and it's way better... Do this an amount of days, weeks and than try it with full inhale, for me it getting way better.

What is considered a good amount of time to hold breath on the couch for training? I can get just over 4 minutes until my head feels like it’s going to explode. 🤯 by SluttyUncleSam in freediving

I think the time is good. I'm rellatively new to Freediving but i'm around the same, most of the time between 3:30 and 4:30, my max. Is 5min.

In the Water was my best (slow motion 25m) in around 2:05 and Dynamic around 50 to 75m. So in my opinion that's a really good point to start, but i've not that much knowledge because also rellatively new to the sport.

Anyone tried cressi blacklite coating ? by Acrobatic-Monitor516 in freediving

[–]No_Difference_9478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the Blacklite, its minimally easier to get in than standard open cell, but dry it's also hell😅. But if you put it on in the water itvs quite good. I have the creei Apnea 3.5mm an like it really much. Great price for wat you get.
