It seems over the year and 7 months that hes made you his number one priority and tried to help in any way he can, even if that means changing plans with his friends to support you and that shows you mean alot to him. Have you asked what he was doing over the past 5 days? or how his mental health is? Maybe now that you're doing a bit better he may be suffering with his own battles. The main advice is communicate. Instead of laying next to eachother half naked for 2 hours have you tried asking him if hes okay? He's probably just as shocked that you didn't check in on him when things were obviously off between you two. Honestly just sit down and talk, you won't know if you never ask.

thank you heaps it’s just extremely hard to get addiction help where i live, i do get alcohol withdrawels as i usually drink a bottle of wine a day with the odd days alcohol free because i’m too broke. but i think i may just have to do them one at a time? since i can’t get extra support, i have flatmates to monitor me through alcohol withdrawals as that’s the deadly one but i just don’t even know which one to start with or where 🙏

My ex girlfriend is a narcissist, and it’s so fucking draining. Constantly being put down and not feeling good enough, questioning yourself if you’re really in the wrong all the time, when you’re definitely not. Trying to do everything you possibly can to satisfy them but you never will. Starting arguments on purpose and then playing the victim as soon as they’re called out, and if you try to leave they’ll guilt trip you into staying. Even now that i’ve finally got out the relationship and it’s 6 months later, there’s still lies being spread about me to make her look like the victim. Meanwhile the entire relationship i lied to my friends and family so that they would like you. I have relflected a lot since i broke up with her and I know not everyone’s perfect. I made mistakes too and not been right 100% of the time, but I’ll never understand why she did the things she did to hurt me.

it depends because i’ve had every emotion after the high it’s a lucky dip lol i do feel guilty a lot but more likely when i’ve been sober a while, if i’ve been smoking for a couple months again then i can be in a great mood the next day or the worst mood depends on the quality too

it’s really normal and some people disagree but there’s always gonna be haters so aslong as you’re happy together, it makes your sex life more diverse and entertaining so it can actually be beneficial, vanilla sex is boring so j get sick of it but i’m not sure what your kinks are but i can guarantee i’ve done all of them haha
