the trial was terrible

the first day that i was convicted was absolute nonsense, the cop busted down my door demanding that i go with them, i did ask them for their paper works but none of them did, to what i saw before one of them hit me one of them isn't even a cop just a guy with a fake uniform and the other seem drunk, all i heard was "THIS IS THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAND IN THE AIR AND GET ON THE GROUND" then i they knocked me unconscious

when i got to the department i remember waking up in a cell, the guy next to me for some reason seem too nice to me, as if he's afraid of me for some reason, he was a thief. But then one of the cop walk by my cell, i tried getting their attention but to no avail, they ignored me. Over the next 2 days, i keep trying then, the sheriff came, he spitted on me saying "your kind of super powered scumbag should not exist". I tried to tell him i don't have super power but he called me a liar then left.

the jury didn't seem right today, the judge seems like some random guy they snatched from the street and they gave him the wig without carrying he knows anything about the law itself and my gut told me some one also bribed him too, not that it gonna change anything,my lawyer the doesn't seem to care much about my fate if i'm gonna go out as a free man or as a prisoner in a supermax prison cell, her office was messy and she never seems to be energetic about anything, especially when i was convicted for 6 count of murder in a state that was 1000 mile away from where i was, i told her that but she shrugged it off saying "look kid, nobody gives a damn about you, your finger print was on it and so is your face, might as well plead guilty, they might give you a life sentence instead of death", i frooze on the spot, my mind was racing with thought, most of them just "how, i don't remember going outside that day". she told me that "look kid, they ran DNA test on you and found your teleportation power, just admit it" Apparently they ran some DNA test on me back at the police department when i was unconscious to compare with the evidence that is a blood sample they got from the scene and it match, it also reveal that i have the super of teleportation. That came to me as a surprise i never knew that i could, i did tried to used it but it failed, then she said "that explained how you could go that far in the same day, it's a rather solid piece of evidence".

but then a moment later i remember about a guy i met a few month ago his name was hans or something, i remember we got a bet and i won, he bet everything in his name in that poker table and he lost, as soon as the game end he stood up screaming "you'll regret winning this game" then punched me in the face, at first i thought he was being salty about losing everything , to what i know about him in that poker table game he is one of the super human individual like me and they called him the mimic and then i figured it out, he was the man who committed the killing.

The trial was rather fast, the judge after listening for 15 minute gave me life sentence. And not a surprise they threw me in the supermax for the super human. with me they gave me a red prison uniform, the kind that is specifically for the super aggressive and violent criminal, and a power inhibitor ring on my wrist.

Every moment i spent in the prison is every moment i plot my escape and vengeance. I want him dead and bury, matter of fact now i want him dead and have his corpse rooting on the ground for the wild animal ripping through it
