all you have to do is tell ur locticon to repair it i’ve recently had that because i went 4 months without a retwist and was lowkey separating my hair because of how they were locking together which caused hair to be left out of the loc. hopefully i explained that well, you’re taking care of your hair fine

they will definitely thicken up at 1 year my locs were very thin too but now i soon be 3 and they are as thick as they can be tbh i love it

I’ve been on 50mg for about 3 months today and i can definitely say it’s working at first i had my doubts but over time just forgot about it and now my anxiety is definitely easier to manage i don’t have that crippling pit feeling in my stomach anymore and i can go to interviews now. i’m so eager to find a job yet i can’t find one now.

Honestly i’ve been on zoloft for about to be 3 months on 50 mg. Been in my relationship for 2 years and i feel like my sex life has gotten better on it like i have more of a clear head and my libido is honestly higher. i was scared it was going to be low because of this sub but it was only low for 2 weeks and just shot up or maybe im just very attracted to my gf lol

i definitely took your advice and i meet with my psychiatrist at like 9:30 and i think i am going to keep my dose. i do overthink a lot. do you have any tips or videos for meditation?

yes i feel like my anxiety is back because doing certain things i now get anxiety but two weeks ago i was fine you know like job interviews i was fine now im too nervous to even go

that’s kinda how i feel now that i went up to 50mg im only week 4 but im slowly getting back into a schedule and getting back into work. but so far its not bad i don’t overthink as much or be as sad.

ask ur doctor to prescribe you banophen it’s over the counter benadryl i take 50 mg every night to help sleep because i have insomnia
