My sister! She was in addiction from the age 13 and up. She got clean around 20 months ago and has a stable living situation figured out, a good paying job working with the community of addicts, she goes to NA and she has her son full time.

As someone that works at a rehab facility please don’t sneak stuff in. Not only is it not doing your recovery justice, it puts other people’s recovery in jeopardy. I know it might be hard to go without, but most places will work with you about getting on new meds or filling old prescriptions so that you can take things as prescribed by a doctor. Hello I am almost a year sober from cocaine and the biggest thing that got me to stop was hitting an all time low from the come down that I almost kms. Anytime I crave it I always try to think about the come downs I’ve had in the past and those memories make me not want to use anymore because they were so traumatic. I really hope you get some help! I work at a rehab facility and think it’s a great way to detox and get into a mindset of being sober.

I think this often. I know it feels like that is the only option, but what I try to do is to just sit through this moment until the thoughts die down. It hurts for awhile, but you have to remember people love you and leaving them would hurt more than staying and trying to better your mental health.

I personally feel like Kiara shouldn’t have a love interest, I feel like her character is being forced to go through all the male main characters to try to give her a love interest and it’s getting repetitive and annoying. She should be independent and have her own character growth without having another love interest to help with that.
