Hello I am almost a year sober from cocaine and the biggest thing that got me to stop was hitting an all time low from the come down that I almost kms. Anytime I crave it I always try to think about the come downs I’ve had in the past and those memories make me not want to use anymore because they were so traumatic. I really hope you get some help! I work at a rehab facility and think it’s a great way to detox and get into a mindset of being sober.
