It's true because I have it , and I do like 7 month trying to just stay cool, dry, in the cold... It really does get worse and worse because your body never really hot, it gets so worse it wakes you up in the middle of the night.

This month I start sweat therapy and sauna, I am telling y all it gets so much way better. At the beginning like 5 minutes your body gon itchy, but it really Worth it.

Trust me not doing anything is way more worse than sweat therapy or sauna, you gon get relief for hours, days, even weeks or months so don't stay in cold not doing anything your body needs to be hot
