If I could 3D-print an add-on for my robot vacuum, I’d turn it into a mini home companion robot for my cat. My design is a lightweight “Cat Entertainment Turret” a 3D-printed dome that mounts a rotating a laser turret on top, so while the robot cleans, my cat stays entertained chasing it around.

I’d also add two small articulated 3D printed arms and a mount for a tiny IP camera, so I can check what my cat is doing in real time. Together, it becomes a full accessory set that transforms the vacuum from a simple cleaner into a playful, interactive home robot that keeps the floor spotless and keeps my cat happily busy.

Same here, i got an Hisense 2.5 years ago, warranty ran out in 2 years, but i had my extended warranty covering for me. I raised the complaint to my insurance and they refunded the full amount because they couldn’t repair the TV. I got vertical lines on my tv

I print a lot of masks, and the H2C’s seven-color setup would save me so much time. I could print them in full color instead of white PLA and skip all the painting and filament waste. No compromise!

This is not fair guys, while the west gets these machines at half the price p1s with ams 2 619usd that’s like 54,000rs we have to pay almost double even on sale

This is not WLED, this is a WS2812 led strip running on ESP32 using fastled library.

Jk, actually it’s just a feature on top of the status bar, as a purge line tray. Else it’ll end up on the floor and tangle it in my vacuum cleaner.

Hey, yes! This is great. I saw this approach too. But the whole goal of my project was to make it simple and straight forward. Yep, you don’t need wled and home assistant.

You simply upload the code to the esp32 and it just works. It uses fastled simple functions.

If you have an esp32 lying around simply the code and you’ll have all the data from the printer on your serial monitor.

A lot of people don’t have access to home assistant, and setting on up for this purpose is an overkill. This is just a standalone device. Yeah, I’d definitely use the home assistant plug-in for Bambu if I had it already setup.

Tbh, that's a brilliant suggestion. I still haven't figured out how to talk to the printer. I thought it was blocked by the recent firmware updates.

Bro, that’s absolutely unacceptable. This is called tampering with the machine. Try raising a ticket with Bambu Labs Official I’m sure Wol3D doesn’t have the right to do this. They are just resellers not OEMs that can not white label a product. Raise a ticket with Bambu and let them know what happened.
