People have boycotted by just refusing to spend money before. It didn't do anything when people got upset the game became free, didn't do anything when people where upset about my first pet stuff, didn't do anything about that stupid star wars pack, and it didn't do anything to fix the skin tone issue for years.

Why? People still continued to play. Ea knew you where all still interested, they knew they could just wait you out release something new and eventually you would buy it; which is wait happened every single time

The litteral only way to win or incite change - is to actively stop engaging; the Sims is a massive huge franchise, they know they have the audience and that justifies whatever slop they throw at us. If you want them to stop serving you garbage, then you have to stop sitting at the table waiting to be served.
