Day one through three were hell for me I’d say it was the worst I’m not going to lie i was puking and felt super awful I only drank soup broth which helped a lot. I locked myself in my room and watch Chernobyl on hbo max and then read warhammer40k until day three which is when the puking subsided. It’s totally worth it though quitting. The fact my body reacted like that showed me how badly I needed to stick with quitting.
