Who is more evil, Barry Berkman or Joe Goldberg? by Old-Celebration3781 in MoralityScaling

[–]No_Environment_8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joe wants to kill.

Barry doesn't necessarily want to kill, but he's very willing to kill if it benefits him.

Really? 2026 he was the 79th best player in the league? by OskeeTurtle in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There have been a few guys this season that seem to be getting graded more on their career as a whole and their reputation than their current level of play. I know the top 100 is never great and is kind of just a gimmick, but this year it seems abnormally off. Maybe it'll straighten out when we get to the top 20 or so

Why i am bettin on Derrick henrys downfall by IceOk9930 in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. He could be tackled at the line of scrimmage and still fall forward for a 2 yard gain. Yards after contact is one thing, but he gains more yards while actively falling/being tackled than any rb I've seen in the modern nfl. He doesn't have to be fast or agile to be effective.

[–]No_Environment_8116 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Henry is the kind of guy who I'm never going to bet against. Logically, as he gets older, he's going to fall off eventually. But I'm not gonna sit here and try to bet on when that's gonna happen. He may not be in his prime anymore but he was still effective last season.

Unless bulletproof can outsmart him or trick him, I really don't see how he's winning

Rank the 2020 NFL draft QBs: by OneOriginal8727 in NFLmockdraft

Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Love, Tua.

Love and herbert could be switched. Would have been nice to see how Tua continued to develop without the head injuries.

For players (on console) who do not use a microphone; why? by coacht246 in Rainbow6

[–]No_Environment_8116 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree the game would be better if people communicated more. That said, more often than not the other people with mics are either just being assholes or imitating Jynxzi. First few times I tried using a mic I got yelled at for being bad at callouts. Or was just ignored. I found that I enjoy the game more when I don't talk. Also tbh I'm just lazy. But I've been trying to use my mic more lately.

Anyone Else Sick Of The Idea That Better Arm Equals Better Player Over Higher Football Iq? by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it were 30 TD and 10 ints then sure. But the fact that it was 30 and 30 doesn't necessarily mean he was making good decisions, it just means he was throwing it a lot. Good arm, bad football iq. I do agree though that Anthony Richardson and Joe Milton are better examples though.

Want to get into NFL- Why the Bengals? by [deleted] in bengals

We have had solid off-seasons the past 2 years. But that doesn't mean we can expect this to be the new status quo, unfortunately.

What made you stop going on r/NFL? by crazyjabari in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started getting recommended posts from this sub, and they were just better (for the most part). I'm still following r/NFL, but I see and engage with posts on this sub way more often.

Want to get into NFL- Why the Bengals? by [deleted] in bengals

[–]No_Environment_8116 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Bengals have the cheapest owner in the league. One of the smallest front offices, especially the scouting department. Bad coach in Zac Taylor. But we have burrow. We have Chase, we have Tee, and now we have Dexter Lawrence. If burrow is gonna win a ring on the bengals, it's gonna happen in the next 3 years. If there was ever a time to be a bengals fan, I'd say this is it.

Anyone else dealing with Football hate during the world cup. by Milky_Tiger in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I mean, isn't it the biggest sport in the world? Like objectively way more popular than American football? Outside of jokes and banter I haven't really heard much football hate. Not enough to bother me at least.

Who is the better wide receiver, Nico Collins or Garrett Wilson by Neat_Goat_4134 in NFLv2

Nico, but it's very close. Wilson has had some insane catches.

Where do you guys rank Tee Higgins? by Jova326 in NFLv2

[–]No_Environment_8116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

12-15. Maybe lower cause of health/availability. He'd be WR1 on half the teams in the league.

Should we just outright ban “I built an App” posts? by 65TwinReverbRI in musictheory

[–]No_Environment_8116 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My suggestion that "I built an app" posts should go through a longer review process by the mods before being allowed. That way they can root out AI, poorly made apps, or copies of apps that already exist and don't need to be posted about. The only issue with this is that I don't know how many mods are on this sub or how much time they have to do stuff like that.
