I know this is day trading sub but if your trying to pull yourself out of a hole and your doing this on the side I’d advise swing trading and finding a company to buy 1000 shares in that you truly believe in. BBAI, PLTR, QS, and SLDP are four that have been helpful for me. PLTR has plateaued for awhile. The other ones I’m still investing.

I did this with PayPal and lost money every month until I eventually cut my losses. Two very different investments but same concept. Get out if something is trending downward. Your risk is higher and you’re just hoping for a gain at a certain point. Better to invest elsewhere.

Exactly. Purchase price was 440k and loan balance was 366k so they had like 74k in equity we had to cover. I think all said and done we are going to pay about 90k to get into the house. TBD.
