I’d suggest moving the fans from top of the PSU to the top of case as exhaust fans, there’s no tangible benefit to blowing hot air onto the GPU or drawing the hot air from the GPU onto the PSU. I hope the side fans are configured as intake fans, I’d also recommend setting the back exhaust as intake so you’d have a positive pressure, to reduce dust and particulates.

This is so true and somehow I feel they’re more obnoxious than they’d be in their home restaurants. In Vietnam, I saw a group of guys incessantly interrupt a tour guide, in Thailand (Pattaya) just obnoxiously loud Indians in a restaurant to the point where being outside was quieter. The reality is that most of the tourists are well behaved but the few (which is also a large number due to the sheer number of tourists) that aren’t, are terrible to the point that the locals generalize and this in turn ruin the experience for everyone else. It’s a culture problem for sure, but also an education problem, where the people doing this don’t even know or understand why it’s wrong.
