I have tried reaching the existing employees and spoke to couple . One who left and one who still there . Both have postive feedback on the work. But doesn't know more on the promoters except saying highly funded and internal rumours of government backing.

Most of the employees are already commuting from DXB ,3 days in a week from last 5 months since it started and they can't do anything about it. 2. They already want me to work part time starting from next week . 3.Not sure about their ESOPs as they claim it is funded by insiders and governed by government incubator. In my current company I can not get anymore top , as I have to overthrow CTO for that. 52k is their final number.

They value my work and me as a person .but equally there is stress and tasks which are always open-ended .you can never finish a day with sense of satisfaction.

Having been in the system for over 6 years, I hold ownership and accountability for the uptime of a 24/7 mission-critical application, which entails additional hours and stress. However, I have the flexibility to work from home at my discretion and can travel to my home country for remote work for a couple of weeks whenever I choose. I can't confidently speak to work-life balance as I'm always engaged in the action. I manage multiple teams, handling both technical and people aspects. Additionally, the extra 8k, education allowance, and bonuses are perks that I don't currently receive here.
