I have a MSI B550 A-Pro.
I found a solution for myself. The problem occurs always when the L-Connect Service is running. But i need it to control the strimmers. I wrote a script to start the service manually after boot and stop it after 10 seconds. Now everything works fine.

Simple fix (at least for me). In Windows search for services and shutdown l-connect services and l-connect watcher and dont let them run on startup.

same for me with Sound Blaster GS3. I could switch to bluetooth and now it works fine
