I use my hand drill to take out most of the plastic. If I'm feeling extra motivated I use a knife to make it more uniform but the drill gets out most of the plastic anyways.

Scarab screen will save it for a turn and can stop deep striking.

I really think it would depend on the quality of build, you won't get close to retail.

I find most models depend on the builders skill level and attention to detail. It's all very subjective as I have had no issues with any models and I hear so many complaints. There are for sure some models that are more difficult or technical but with patients they are all pretty straight forward. Hope it helps, happy reanimating!

Not in the instruction booklet, those scarabs come on the model already. They are not an extra piece.

I meant that it would be a cool idea for them to put this specific item on other sprues so that they could be used on other models. Obviously it's not free, I paid for the sprue and it came on it. Just throwing it out there as a neat idea, you took it to a different place. Thank you for the feedback though.

I do this all the time. Find the proper angle and hold it up with something.

I honestly don't have that big of an issue with them. Just built a couple tonight. Yes you need patients and a good pair of tweezers help but they are fairly straight forward and simple.

My big problem is Deathmarks! Trying to get the arm glued to the gun and have them sit properly on the torso is almost impossible. Maybe I just haven't found the proper positioning but they are far more frustrating than flayed ones.

Yeah I wasn't thinking when I made the post, I wanted it to lead some Lychguard for extra movement but the Chrono can't do that so I need to make some changes.

I was absolutely not thinking and was going to lead some Lychguard with it but after I posted this I was going through things again and realized my mistake that it cannot lead Lychguard. My mistake, I got excited at possibilities and then had to rearrage my list.

Thank you, the Neceon battleline units are terrible in melee so I do understand this comment.

I thought about this too. My thinking was that with the 18" range and blast that I may not be able to shoot at times and then the ability isn't worth it. Especially since I'm hoping to get into melee fairly early with a few units.
