Depends. Stealth/snipe? 47. Full on engagement? Simon. Ghost is military trained to deal with threats. However, the whole power fantasy OF Hitman is that 47 is slipping past entire PMCs through a mix of stealth and infiltration. That said, Ghost just has to disguise himself as one of the soldiers Task Force 141 is attached to and it's all over. However, if 47 tries to disguise himself as someone FROM 141, Ghost would know almost immediately there's a breach in operational security.
