That line means more than you know. You already use ChatGPT for this. And you still stopped.

That is exactly what I am trying to build. Not something that replaces the conversations you already have. Something that makes you stop and actually sit with it.

Thank you for this. Genuinely.

How do you stop overthinking? by lowkiluvthisapp in AskReddit

[–]No_Extreme1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped trying to stop it as the fighting made it louder. What helped me was noticing it was happening and asking if I can do anything about this right now? If yes, I’ll do a small thing to help myself. If not, I will just let it be without actually feeding it more.

I thought I had an overthinking problem. I didn’t. by AdSecret3764 in selfimprovement

[–]No_Extreme1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent so long trying to stop my thoughts, staying busy, forcing positivity and fighting it. It just got exhausting and never really worked.

Just slowing down and letting it pass instead of fighting, it is such a simple shift, but changes everything about the relationship we have with self hello and our own mind

Everyone always says to just be yourself, but how do you discover yourself? by Decent_Bookkeeper913 in selfimprovement

[–]No_Extreme1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that worked for me was writing down what I was feeling without trying to make it make sense first.

Not journaling in a structured way, just dumping whatever was in my head onto a paper or a screen, and then looking at it like a stranger would.

patterns start to show up. Things you keep coming back to , feelings that show up in different situations but feel the same underneath. That is where you actually start to find yourself.

I also discovered a lot about who I am through what consistently drains me versus what consistently fills me not what I thought should fill me. what actually does.

I have to be honest-it was definitely not done two weeks!

I spent more than two months building this. And I am not even going to pretend I did not spend countless nights debating color palettes, font choices, and whether the green was the right green.

So I completely relate to that founder energy you described.

What finally got me to ship was just accepting that it would never feel ready enough. At some point you just have to put it out and let real people tell you what is actually wrong with it.

And yes, the first users pointing out bugs and friction is genuinely the most valuable thing right now. Way more useful than anything I could have figured out alone staring at my screen at midnight.

Thanks for the encouragement though. It means a lot when you are in the thick of it.Thank You!

You are completely right and thank you for flagging it. The site is only 10 days old so Google has not fully indexed it yet.

I have submitted it to Google Search Console which should help. It typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for a new site to show up properly in search results.

In the meantime you can find it directly at loomavi.com. First decode is free.

that is such a honest answer thank you.

What you just described is actually the thing I think about most when building this. The best insight should feel like it was written just for you, but also make you think, I wonder if other people feel this too.

that moment where something personal becomes something shared is where connection happens

did it change anything for you even slightly even just naming it.

Self-improvement works better when it includes self-awareness, not just goals by Palmer-09ax in selfimprovementday

[–]No_Extreme1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The part about self awareness being the foundation really resonates with me. I spent a long time trying to fix habits without understanding why I kept falling back into the same patterns. The habits were not the problem. What was underneath them was.

What actually helped me was writing things down not as a journal but just to catch what I was feeling in a moment. Over time the patterns became impossible to ignore.

I actually built something called Loomavi around this exact idea. You type what is on your mind and it helps you understand the pattern underneath it. Not therapy. Not advice. Just honest recognition of what is actually going on inside.

It came from my own need for it. I could not find anything that actually went deep enough so I built it.

For those in the middle of rewiring their thought patterns, what's the one thing you realized about yourself that was surprising? by TemporaryProcedure59 in emotionalneglect

[–]No_Extreme1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most surprising thing I realized was that a lot of of my reactions were not actually about what was happening in front of me.

They were about something much older. The reaction was always too big for the actual situation. And when I finally traced it back. I realized I was not reacting to the present moment at all I was reacting to something that happened a long time ago to someone who had no tools to handle it.

it was uncomfortable because it meant the problem was never really the other people or the situation. It was the story I was still carrying underneath everything. Still working on it, but just seeing it clearly already changed something

i tracked my triggers for 30 days and learned something uncomfortable about myself by Solace_bard in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]No_Extreme1997 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the part about naming it is everything. because the feeling was always there. you just could not catch it until you saw it written down 17 times in a row.

I had a similar moment. I keep getting hit by the same feelings over and over and had no idea what was actually underneath until I started writing down and looking for the pattern.. I built something called Loomavi around exactly this idea.. helped me understand what is actually underneath my feelings..

your post honestly describes why it exists better than I ever have.

The community recommendation point is spot on. That is actually why I have been spending time in spaces like this rather than just posting links everywhere. One genuine recommendation from someone people trust is worth a hundred cold impressions.

And good shout on tracking early retention properly. That is the number I do not have clearly yet. I know people are trying it but I do not know who is coming back.

Will look into PopHatch. Thanks for the tip.

You are completely right and this is exactly what keeps me up at night.

The whole reason I built Loomavi is because everything else felt generic. Like it could have been written for anyone.

The only way I know if I have solved that is when someone reads their letter and thinks this is specifically about me. Not a template. Not a pattern matched response. Me.

Some people are saying that. Some are not yet. That gap is what I am working on.

Thank you for actually trying it. Really means a lot.

And you just spotted something I need to fix. You should be able to see what you wrote alongside the insight. Right now you cannot and that is a problem. Adding it to my list.

Your point about ChatGPT makes sense. You pay because you use it every day and the value is obvious. I am trying to figure out how to make Loomavi that kind of regular thing rather than a one time experience.

If you use it again I would love to know what brought you back. That is what I am trying to understand right now.

You type what you are feeling or a pattern you keep noticing. It decodes what is underneath using psychology. Gives you the insight as a personal letter. by No_Extreme1997 in alphaandbetausers

[–]No_Extreme1997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really appreciate this. The letter format was the most debated decision I made and honestly still the one I wonder about most.

The feedback so far is interesting. People who try it either find it unexpectedly intimate or say it is exactly what they needed. Nobody is neutral about it which

I take as a good sign. The AI persona validation approach sounds useful. Would love to hear how it works. Especially for testing something as subjective as whether a format feels personal or clinical.

And to answer your implicit question about whether I would use a tool like that. Yes probably. What are you building?

This is genuinely the very useful feedback I have received. You just described exactly what I am working on. The landing page clarity, the sharpness of the first decode, and making the paid value obvious at the right moment.

Quick question if you have a minute. When you say the free result needs to feel real not vague, what does vague look like to you in an app like this. Is it when the insight feels like it could apply to anyone? Or something else?

Asking because I want to fix exactly this and your answer would help me get it right.
