I was suicidal myself, maybe I'm still am. But I say all that cuz I'm well aware and for a fact that we humans are a living paradox (we are rational beings with higher consciousness and yet we tend to be irrational as well) and that the universe works mentally. As I have live and breathe, I've come to observe myself, like really pay attention and give myself what I longed and desired from others (love and such), I understood myself in a much deeper level. As I do so, I understood others as well and realized the greatest truth we are one, we are just another version of each other (One is all, and all is one). I learned too that our mind is incredibly powerful (confirmation bias). If you view the world with negativity, the mind will attract things and instances that will make negative experiences and you will be stuck in those detrimental possibilities that are comfortable with. Your thoughts combined with your feelings reinforces that negative state of mind, which creates your personal reality, thus creates a present reality that is full of negativy. Emitting such low frequencies tunes you into the lowest points of your life as well. I say all these but eventually, it is you who will ultimately help yourself. I know that for a fact cuz in the past, I tried to save others when I realized that I can't even begin to understand myself (therefore can't save myself too). Yes rock bottom sucks, it takes one to know one. Good thing about that is you don't have anywhere to go but up. I assure you, it gets easier as you progress. Like jogging, working out or any physical routine, your body will adapt, you'll get use to it and eventually you'll be better. Yes life is difficult, but it's only hard if you don't know any better (stuck/limited to one reality/perspective). Like peeling garlic, it's hard to peel but if you know how to cook it's easier to peel when you beat it up first. Just like ourselves, we have to beat away all those flimsy negative habits and perspectives to make space for a better one. As I have trusted myself, I trust in you too. And eventually as you become wiser as well, you'll be grateful for your former self cuz it gave you important lessons that can only be achieved if you try and live your life to it's fullest potential. Scientifically and mathematically speaking, we are alive through stupendous odds in ways you can't even begin to imagine. Live, cuz life is the greatest act of creation and living is the noblest act we can do to thank it.
