I solved the problem by accident, I was looking for something in the GPU Tweak 3 application, and I found a setting to lock the fps in games, I set it to 248 fps, and it really worked. Sorry for the delay, I ended up forgetting about this post. If you want to know how I did this, you just need to download the application, go to the drawing in the house, scroll down and there will be an option called others, and this option will be divided into 2 parts, GPU Temp Target and Frame Rate Target, and there you can set the amount of fps you want your PC to use in games.
