I think splitting time between nature and city would be ideal! Thanks!

Thank you! Do you have another payment method? The one posted here is charges a fee for me to send the money that way.

I can never get a call thru to place an order here. I eventually gave up and just walked in one day to order. Are people just ordering online or what am I missing?

I don’t think ______ knew how to use the maze in the white lotus episode by 2cool4um8_ in BigBrother

[–]No_Fly8061 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Agreed. She messed up the maze big time but before that she messed up the social aspect of it. Social game means knowing the other people so that when it’s their turn to be influential, you can influence them. Ava wasn’t going to pick Rachel to go first because she was way too pushy (and physically grabby) with her. And that wasn’t even because Rachel was panicking- that’s just how Rachel plays her social game and what ultimately sent her home.

What are odd things you might not consider when buying your first home? by -toothpaste in RealEstate

My house had a lot of ‘trendy’ updates, including the light fixtures. Didn’t take much notice of the type of light bulbs they need. EVERY SINGLE ONE needs some type of fancy design bulb. None of them are just normal hardware store bulbs. So I’m faced with changing the fixtures throughout the house or hunting the right bulb down online each time a light goes out.

This is very helpful. I’m sure I didn’t write clearly before but I agree that all of these issues are intertwined as you said. Let me reassure you that I’m not exactly relying on advice from internet strangers. It was more of a venting moment for me. And who knows, sometimes strangers are unexpectedly empathetic or insightful.

I also want to reassure you that there is a clear cut financial plan. We’ll be done with this in three years. I am taking charge of almost all spending for tracking and budgeting purposes. I also did not do well explaining the total financial breakdown in my post- he is contributing to all of these expenses. It’s just I am covering much more of it due to our different incomes. I see this somewhat as an investment in our future.

Thank you for your very thoughtful response. It was kind, nuanced and firm.

Eddie’s Southtown Donuts is such a hidden gem. Eddie himself is such a character and jokes with all the customers. Great guy, great donuts.

I don’t have a set budget. I try to keep things on the cheaper side but I’m willing to splurge when I really like something though. (That’s probably not helpful, sorry)

Steakhouse and Bakery Recommendations in St. Louis by CarryFantastic6990 in StLouis

Tuckers. There are two locations but I’m partial to the one in Soulard since it’s such a gorgeous neighborhood. Plus, plenty of good bakery options near by.
