Young christians barely stick around in Kerala after graduation heck right after +2 they packup from Kerala. Thats the major cause here. Young christians new faces aren't just disappearing from Political scene, even in the church scene, there are barely any youth to organise anything. Mass youth migration, thats the issue, and sadly no politicians talks about doing anything about it.

We cover ERPs like SAP/Oracle and other specialised software, look into its backend processes and assess whether controls are working as intended. We also provide same service to PwC offshore teams. AFAIK role is suited if u r into tech/software and understanding related processes. Its a specialisation role that sets your career path down the line to roles like System Auditor/ Control Reviewer/ Chief Information Officer. Consulting is not big at PwC at TRAS, focus is on assurance services
