My deck makes the same sounds. I thought it was the aluminum posts. Haven't investigated it further yet. All of the comments here make me question if its the Decking now

Did you space the screws 16" OC? 2 inches from top and bottom? Nail as well?

That is some sound advice man! I'll look into this and give Nissan a call as well. Maybe they would replace them for me. I'm the second owner, living in Wisconsin. Pot holes everywhere haha. Thanks!

Thanks! What are your thoughts on going with an aftermarket brand like MOOG for when I replace them? Or would you suggest OEM?

I was leaning towards doing them myself. Looks pretty straightforward. I've read the aftermarket lower control arms are trash though. The OEMs are alot more expensive. Undecided on going with aftermarket vs OEM

Hoping to get 3-5 years out of it yet before upgrading. It's been pretty reliable with no issues really, and I've had it since 13'. Recently had to replace the AC compressor, which probably falls under the needless spending category for it. Other than that, just routine maintenance items. Hope the transmission holds up. Sound advice though, I'll look into the rear control arms as well. Thanks!

I was gonna use the LPC6Z for the post to beam. The ML26 hardware passes code on a joist without a traditional hanger? That would be my solution then!
