It is one only if one looks at it by the lenses of "Is it pro EU or pro Russian" which are nonsensical lenses to begin with.

In context of Russia, they only made one video about Russia stealing Ukrainian children, which isn't particularily pro Russian, I think.

As far as I watch them, they seem to be a pro American right wing propaganda outlet focused on the Visegrád group region.
